Marathon's Real Estate Finance business focuses on the purchasing and origination of commercial real estate debt. Marathon looks to source loans directly as well as purchase loans and securities on the secondary market. Marathon's extensive relationships with commercial mortgage brokers, commercial banks, investment banks, and finance companies allow us to make opportunistic investments at premium yields. Execution is led by leveraging off of Marathon's national team Real Estate Finance team, as well as the Real Estate Equity group with their vast network and deep understanding of operational and development of real estate.
