Fernando Phillips is a Managing Director on the Emerging Markets Team at Marathon Asset Management. Based in New York, he joined the firm in 2006. Fernando received B.A. in Economics from Instituto Technologico Autonomo de Mexico, and holds a MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He previously worked at General Electric Capital Corporation, ING Barings, and BBVA Mexico.

Fun Fact: Fernando's previous endeavors include managing professional boxers.
