Karen Lau is a Managing Director and the Potfolio Manager on the CLO & Leveraged Loans Team at Marathon Asset Management. Based in New York, she joined the firm in 2022. Karen received a B.S. from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business. She previously worked at Onex Credit, TPG Institutional Credit, Blackstone Credit, and Bank of America.

Fun Fact: Karen grew up on the Lower East Side in NYC, is a mother of three kids and her favorite ice cream flavor is Mint Chocolate Chip .
