Simon Males is a Managing Director on the Client Solutions and Business Development Team at Marathon Asset Management. Based in London, he joined the firm in 2025. Simon received an MBA from London Metropolitan University and several Professional Qualifications, including the IMC. He previously worked at Tikehau Capital, LGIM, PGIM, Pictet and F&C.

Fun Fact: Simon is an avid road cyclist and can be often found climbing the 'cols' of the counties around London, also regular trips to the French Alps to practice the language and test the legs.
